By submitting the registration form and making the payment, you agree to the following terms & conditions:
- Fee Payment Policy
- The Institute fee will be payable in advance and in not more than 2 instalments.
- Fee discount (if any) will be given as per policy at the time of admission.
- Delayed payments will invite a late fee.
- Refund Policy
- In any event or circumstance, if the student/applicant does not join the course or withdraws shortly after admission, the Registration / Course Fee will not be refundable under any circumstances.
- Internship & Certification Condition
- In case of non-payment of fees as prescribed, the student will not be permitted to go for the scheduled 2 months internship training and NO certificate will be provided by the institute.
- Discipline & Conduct
- Students must follow the rules and regulations of the Institute regarding conduct, discipline, and grooming.
- Any breach will invite disciplinary action, fine, or both.
- In extreme cases, the student may face expulsion from the Institute by the Director.
- Attendance Requirement
- A minimum of 85% attendance is required to go for internship training and receive certification.
- Leave & Absence
- For any leave/absence, students must inform the management (Trainer/CEO/Director) in advance.
- Skill Development Responsibility
- Students must regularly practice course subjects and attend internship training.
- The institute or trainer will not be responsible for the student’s skill level/job opportunities after the course if they fail to follow the rules, attend classes, practice, or complete internship.
- Medical Fitness
- The student declares they are medically fit to join the course and have not hidden any medical condition that may hamper their performance.
- Jurisdiction Clause
- In the event of any dispute, the matter will be subject to Dehradun jurisdiction only.
